Shabestan presents the true taste of Persia at Singapore’s riverfront district, Robertson Quay. Experience Persian’s warm hospitality, culture and food at a modern fine dining ambience.
The 3,200 square feet restaurant at Robertson Quay was recently named one of “Singapore’s Finest Dining Establishments” of the year by Wine & Dine. We love the location of this restaurant, you can dine indoor or outdoor by the river. Go for the Appetiser Platter ,which is a selection of 5 selected appetiser recommended by Chef. This gives you a selection to try and prepare you for the main course. For the main course, if you are not familiar with the dishes, I recommend you order the Shabestan Platter for 2, Chef’s recommended specialty platter combo with minced lamb, chicken, fish, prawn, lamb or beef fillet. If your group is larger, you can go for the larger platter. This way you get to try different meat at the same time. Personally I like the Shandiz which is Tender chunks of spring lamb on the bone, charcoal grilled to perfection, with grilled tomato. Served with Basmati rice. Don’t forget the dessert , go for the Persian Saffron Ice Cream, Homemade special recipe ice cream with pistachio, cream and saffron. If you like to order some drinks, I would recommend the Shabestan Signature Mojito.
We feel Shabestan has achieved its goal to present Persian food in a way that engages the customers’ senses for a memorable dining experience.
