SoulBytes is a School of Life-inspired café located in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. They specialise in coffee, and aim to serve wisdom alongside deliciously creative dishes made with the freshest organic ingredients; to nourish the mind and soul, as well as satisfy the tummy

At SoulBytes, only organic produce will be used, farmed sustainably. This is in order to provide customers with healthy food options that nourish mind and body, and in order to minimize negative impact on local economy, livestock and environment.

SoulBytes Food & Wisdom is born of a softly revolutionary idea: to create a café where you can, not only eat delicious food and drink top-quality coffee blends, but also be reminded, as you eat and drink, of what’s most important in life; a place where, not only your belly will be satisfied, but also the mind, heart and soul. This is the goal that SoulBytes founder Ilario Colli has set out to achieve when SoulBytes opens in mid 2017 in Jalan Petitenget, Seminyak, Bali.

Drawing on philosophical inspiration from Alain de Botton’s School of Life philosophy, SoulBytes is a café with a human mission. SoulBytes takes as its starting point the idea that, in an age of cultural relativism and moral murkiness, it can be challenging to know where to stand in matters like love, career and friendship, to judge right from wrong, and to make the right life choices. SoulBytes is a space where you can be reminded, as you eat and drink, of basic human truths and values, like kindness, tolerance, compassion, values so vital to a meaningful life, yet so easy to lose sight of in the press of modern life.
