restaurant and lounge transform into a hive of live stations from its Japanese,
French and Chinese kitchens.
Me@OUE’s elegant restaurant, with its warm lightings and floor to ceiling
glass windows, set the atmosphere for a New Year’s Eve party, giving diners
uninterrupted views as they experience luxurious culinary treat.
Personally sourcing some of the finest produce available, Executive Chef
Sam Chin has curated a stunning menu for this annual celebration. Guests at
this free-standing event will be served unlimited butler-passed canapés and
live stations. Free-flow of Prosecco, beer, house wines, soft drinks and juices
will also be served to complement the food.

Highlights from Me@OUE’s menu include the Carrasco Iberico, which is rated
among the best in the world, will be served at the Charcuterie Station. It also
includes a 25kg Mortadella. The Oyster and Raw Station offers two premium types of
French oysters and Carabinero prawns from the Mediterranean.
