Hai Tien Lo’s Four Treasures Snowskin Mooncakes
Hai Tien Lo (海天楼) celebrates the coming Mid-Autumn Festival with an exquisite medley of eleven handcrafted baked and snowskin mooncakes to please all tastes, available from 1 August to 1 October 2020. For gastronomic reunion meals at home, Pan Pacific Singapore’s award-winning Cantonese restaurant also presents a celebratory Six-course Mid-Autumn Topaz Set Menu available from 17 September to 1 October 2020.
Diners can select from five snowskin mooncake flavours including three vibrant new varieties debuting this year, demonstrating match-made-in-heaven flavour pairings. Green tea fans will adore the new Matcha Black Sesame Snowskin, which combines aromatic Matcha powder and white chocolate with rich nutty black sesame paste. For a fruity summer treat, the Soursop Lychee snowskin, refreshingly made with soursop puree, lychee puree and fresh soursop bits, will certainly delight. The third new interpretation is a tart Raspberry Chocolate Snowskin with raspberry crunchy pearls and delicious ruby chocolate. Hai Tien Lo’s best-selling Mao Shan Wang Durian Snowskin and decadent Hazelnut Yuzu also make a comeback this year due to popular demand.

Mid-Autumn Set Menu for Joyous Reunions
This Mid-Autumn celebration, Hai Tien Lo presents a Six-Course Mid-Autumn Topaz Set Menu 花好月圆中秋宴 showcasing exquisite Cantonese dishes prepared with premium ingredients. Masterfully crafted by Executive Chef Ben Zeng, the sumptuous reunion menu features flavourful delicacies such as the Pan-fried Foie Gras and Sliced Crispy Barbecued Suckling Pig stuffed with Prawn Paste 香煎鹅肝伴百花乳猪件, a fusion intepretation served with fruits and salad to balance the richness of foie gras. Other mouth-watering dishes include the Pan-Fried Rack of Lamb in Honey Pepper Sauce 蜜椒 煎小羊架 where tender juicy New Zealand Lamb is harmoniously paired with honey and pepper, as well as a comforting Duet of Fragrant Boiled and Crispy Rice with Barbecued Pork served in Stone Pot 石锅脆米烧肉饭.
